S/he will be responsible for making a bridge between the clients and delivery team.

S/he should have a clear understanding of the requirements of clients.

S/he will be responsible for screening, matching the resumes and evaluating the candidates.
|
|
|
|
S/he will be responsible for validating the candidate interest on the requirements.
|
|
|
S/he will be responsible for maintaining the database like central depository, local depository and associates profiles.
|
|
|
|
S/he will be responsible for coordinating with clients and candidates on scheduling interviews.
|
|
|
|
S/he will be responsible for building relationship at corporate levels.
|
|
|
|
S/he will be responsible for follow up with candidates on joining.
|
|
|
|
S/he will be responsible for maintained a comprehensive data bank of all software professionals with varied backgrounds.
|
Required Profile :
* S/he should be a Graduate.
* Self motivated, driven, and energetic with an exceptional work ethic.
* The ability to think and work independently.
* The ability to problem solve and think creatively.
* A technical background with a successful track record in the software services industry a plus.
